Work has been busy and I have had a ridiculous amount of time at home with a work mountain and a Lottie who wants ALL THE ATTENTION so yes, I have once again become a lazy blogger. However, I am now here and back with another shot at But Why Mummy Why’s awesome little link-up. Hope you enjoy!

Something I read: I am very very lucky that @BookAngel_Emma always sends me tons of wonderful books to review and she has recently introduced me to a new favourite. I have been recommending Out of the Easy by Ruta Sepetys to EVERYONE and that means you too. My review will be up at Book Angel Booktopia in the near future and you really must read it (the book, not my review my thoughts aren’t all that amazing honestly).

Something I watched: I haven’t seen anything particularly new recently. The amazing Child of Our Time was back on television (I know I’m late to the party on this one – it was actually on last month but nevermind). I have watched it since it started in 2000 and have been fascinated since, mainly because I am hugely lonely!

Some thing I wore: I am too fat to talk about clothes. I got dressed properly for a networking thing I went to though and didn’t feel completely awful although my shoes were definitely too small, ow.

Some thing I listened to: Not had much music playing this week due to being completely stuck in a pile of work and music for some reason making it more difficult to concentrate, which doesn’t usually happen. However, this did feature a few times:

Some thing I cannot live without: this week it has been this laptop. When I have a stupid amount of work I need to be able to keep on it as often as possible even if Lottie only sleeps for 30 minutes (as she has taken to doing). I am crap at touchscreens so can’t work from my phone and the tablet I bought is an absolute joke of slow brilliance so there we go. Laptop for the win!
